The location allows me to offer the very best environment to conduct your therapy; the rooms are well appointed and have all the very latest equipment including Bio-Feedback Meters and Direct headphones for precise delivery of the therapy which also cuts out any background noise.

The Essex Institute is a short walk from Southend Central Station, on the Fenchurch C2C Line. Leave the station and turn right, Clarence Road is immediately visible on the left.

On the A13 from Basildon or Southend on Sea you need to arrive at the Milton Road traffic lights with the Cricketers public house on one corner.

Turn here to head towards the sea front, follow the road and bear to the left at the ‘No Entry’ sign (about 500 yds). Stay on the road, keeping parallel to the railway line on the left. You will come to a turn where you have to turn right at SAKS bar,again because of a ‘No Entry’ in front of you.

You are now inClarence Roadand the Essex Institute is approximately 30yds down on the left (no 15), opposite the Baptist Church. There is a large NCP car park opposite and ample on road parking in surrounding roads.
